✅ About faulty parts
If a part is faulty or we sent the wrong part, we will issue a refund once the item has been returned and examined.
If the part is faulty, we will try to exchange it. If no replacement is available, we will refund within 48 hours of them confirming and receiving the part back.
The postage cost for returning a faulty or wrongly sent item will be refunded, but only if the return postage is reasonable.
⚠️ What We Require
The part must be returned unused and intact, with any security markings still visible. If the item has been tampered with, modified, or dismantled, the refund or exchange may be refused.
Usual delivery costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or the wrong part was sent.
We do not cover labour costs (e.g. fitting, removal) in case of a faulty part. Only the part cost (and possibly the return shipping) are covered.
⌛ Our Timeframes
Once we receive the faulty part back, we aim to process the refund or exchange. If no replacement is available, refund happens within 48 hours after examination.
The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment method.
